The manager is completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful!! I understand accidents happen, but don't expect costomers to be accepting when they've waited over an hour for their food and it is knocked to the floor!! Then you refuse to remake it!! When I asked for a refund, she was rude and irrate!! I'll drive to philla from. Now on if she stays employed here!!
